Professional Galaxy is looking for an Integration and Test Coordinator on behalf of our client.

The client is implementing technology for public warning. The cell broadcast technology will be introduced through the SE-Alert system. SE Alert is a warning system, a channel, where authorities in Sweden send out VMA messages. Through SE Alert, VMA (Important Message to the Public) is communicated directly to mobile phones in an area where there is a danger to the public. SE Alert has a recognizable sound that clearly differs from, for example, SMS or push notifications.

The work is carried out in collaboration with the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority and SOS Alarm AB. Other stakeholders in the implementation are mobile operators with their own networks (Telia, Tele2, Telenor, Tre) as well as Google and Apple, which provide functionality for cell broadcast technology in their operating systems.

The goal is for the system to be operational by June 2026. Before the system can be put into operation, integration and testing (E2E) must be completed. The consultant will coordinate work on integration and testing and establish documentation for these.

The position involves coordinating and planning the integration and testing of the system as well as establishing documentation of completed tests. The work will be done in collaboration with MSB, PTS, SOS Alarm AB, mobile network operators (and their subcontractors). Some work will be carried out with Apple and Google.

Must-have requirements:

• Competence level 3 (4-8 years).

• The consultant must have experience in integration testing and End-to-End testing.

• The consultant must have experience from larger projects and be used to coordinating tests with multiple stakeholders, following up and documenting results.

Nice-to-have requirements:

• The consultant should have experience working in the IT and telecom sector.

• The consultant should have experience working with Google and Apple.

References:

The supplier must provide two (2) references from assignments that are relevant to this procurement. The references must relate to assignments carried out in the last five (5) years. Each reference must include the following information:

• Client's name and organization

• Contact person with phone number and email address

• Time of execution (start and end date)

• Brief description of the scope, content, and results of the assignment
