We are looking for a Junior IT Service Coordinator (1–3 years of experience) for an exciting consulting assignment within IT Security and Compliance Delivery. Here, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Service Owner and the team to create both short-term efficiency and long-term sustainability in our IT processes.

In this role, you will coordinate the operation and maintenance of IT compliance tools, support technical teams, and drive training initiatives. You will contribute to the development of services for compliance tools and Check-Up, and help lay the foundation for long-term governance and strategic planning.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT service or a similar role
• Ability to provide technical support and coordinate IT services
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Swedish
• Interest in IT security, compliance, and user training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with compliance for cloud services
• Background in IT security related to regulatory and contractual requirements
• Experience in service delivery in a multinational environment
