We are looking for an engaged and technically interested employee with excellent service skills to join our client's team. To succeed in this role, you need to have strong structural knowledge and good problem-solving skills. You will play a key role in driving improvement initiatives from start to finish, which will be of great value to their delivery. In your role, you will be part of a fantastic team where we continuously improve customer delivery and add value to businesses. Your tasks include registering and following up on incidents, service requests, and problem tickets, as well as keeping the knowledge article library updated and user-friendly. You will also constantly work on improving processes related to the Service Desk and support. We offer you the opportunity to be part of a global Service Desk team with fantastic colleagues. We are looking for someone who has:- Experience with Google Workspace
- Knowledge of both Mac and Windows
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Experience with technical documentation
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards tackling challenges.
- Ticket management via phone, ticketing system, and walk-in.
- On- and off-boarding (installations).
- On-site assignments (conference rooms, digital screens, workstations, etc.).
- Troubleshooting software and hardware.
- Distribution of accessories and IT equipment.
- Documentation in tickets and knowledge articles.
- Registering and following up on incidents, service requests, and tickets.
