Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Consultant in the Automotive and Service Market, you play a key role in supporting and developing our customers' businesses. You collaborate with both large players like Din Bil and family businesses like Aftén and Olofssons Bil, focusing on implementing and optimizing our IT and business systems.

You lead and carry out installations, rollouts, and participate in projects to streamline customers' business processes. The close collaboration with customers also gives you the opportunity to influence the development of new products and features. As an advisor and trainer, you help customers get the most out of our solutions and ensure that they not only meet expectations but also simplify their everyday life.

The role involves travel across Sweden, giving you the opportunity to build strong and long-term customer relationships.

Your ProfileTo succeed in this role, we are looking for a creative problem solver with the ability to quickly understand new work processes and find effective solutions. You take initiative, enjoy collaboration, and dare to challenge traditional working methods to create a more efficient work environment. Your attention to detail, structured approach, and commitment make you a valuable asset to us at Bits Data.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in the automotive industry and sales administration.
• Knowledge in aftersales, such as spare parts and workshop planning.
• The ability to conduct training and communicate in a customer-adapted manner.
• IT competence and experience in process digitization.
• Experience in requirements management, implementation of technical solutions, and system changes.

You also have an interest in finance with a good understanding of VAT management and financial flows related to car sales. We are looking for a self-driven person who enjoys streamlining workflows and has an eye for detail.
