Brummer & Partners is now looking for more insurance advisors.

When Brummer & Partners launched its pension offering, our ambition was to provide more people access to a form of management that had previously only been available to a few. We also saw a need for simplicity, clarity, and more transparency in an industry often characterized by the opposite.

Our savings offering makes us unique in the pension market and consists of Brummer & Partners' own active multi-strategy funds focused on absolute returns regardless of market development – along with index and bond funds with low or no management fees.

We are now looking for an Insurance Advisor with experience in both insurance and investment advisory for our Pension and Insurance team.

Responsibilities

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be part of a team of six people, consisting of both advisors and assistants.

Our primary clients are employers of varying sizes, where you will work with individual advisory regarding pensions, insurance, and investments for our clients' employees.

The role includes, among other things:

• Conducting client-specific advisory
• Actively working with both new and existing clients and creating your own networking relationships
• Client support and assisting the team in ongoing client care

We are looking for someone who enjoys making deals, takes initiative, and is driven and efficient in their work. You like working in a constantly changing environment, are business-minded, and detail-oriented.

Background and Personality

You are perceived as a value-driven, independent, and engaged team player. You hold an Insuresec, IFU diploma, or equivalent education and have documented experience in the occupational pension market. Additionally, you have good communication skills both verbally and in writing in Swedish and English.

To succeed in this role, you are expected to share an interest in asset management and savings. Your genuine desire to make a difference and belief in your own abilities are important qualities for thriving and succeeding.

You have a relevant academic education and a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
