Your main task will be to provide support via phone, email, portal, and chat.
This involves guiding users, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents.
Together with the rest of the team, you will work on improving processes and ensuring that you grow and develop as a team.
Scheduled working hours will include weekdays and weekends.
We are looking for someone who has studied with a technical focus at a university or college, has a strong interest in technology, and a desire to learn more about IT support. You are communicative, meticulous, and solution-oriented.
Experience in User Support/Customer Service/IT Support is a requirement.
Profile & Qualifications
- Previous experience working in user support/customer service.
- Retail experience.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
- Strong user focus, communicative, and enjoys helping others.
- Excellent skills in both Swedish and English.
