As a Site Manager at Nova, you are undoubtedly the spider in the web and the face of Dospace in Mjärdevi. From December 1st, we are moving our site from Mjärdevi Center to Nova, where we already operate reception and conference services. This allows us to streamline our operations and offer coworking, offices, and conference services – all at the same attractive address. We will also continue to manage the reception and be the hub for all tenants in the building. Dospace Nova will be your place to reach the next success, aim higher, and think bigger!

In the role of Site Manager at Nova, you are responsible for the operation of coworking and offices as well as reception and conference activities. You are the first point of contact for Dospace members and other tenants in the building each morning. Today's conference guests will also be taken care of by you from booking request to departure. You ensure that everything is top-notch with a warm welcome, freshly brewed coffee, and well-furnished meeting rooms. You work daily to build a strong community and are passionate about creating the best workplace experience for everyone you meet. You are also responsible for receiving inquiries, conducting tours, creating quotes, and signing contracts. Additionally, you introduce new members and drive and develop the conference activities. By welcoming and taking care of everyone at Dospace Nova, you set the tone and create a workplace and conference experience beyond the ordinary.

Being attentive and meeting customer needs is second nature to you, and you have a relaxed yet professional approach to building relationships. You love bringing people together, taking care of others, and you go the extra mile to create memorable moments, both big and small. You also thrive in creating order and have a keen eye for detail.
