With us, you will work in varied support roles with one or more of our wonderful clients in the Stockholm area. The roles are matched according to skills, experiences, and goals. At the clients, you will act as internal support and assist the organization's IT as needed.

In your first long-term assignment, you will work with support for a factory that operates 24/7 and will require knowledge in Infrastructure, Database, and Networking. You will help set up support for this area starting in the fall, and in the meantime, you will sit in Second Line Support and Second Line Extended Support to learn how the support works at the client, their working methods, and their systems. The consultant will belong to a team of about 40 people between Second Line and Second Line Extended. Most of them are located in Linköping Mjärdevi, but there is also a team in both Linköping Tannefors and Stockholm, and this person will belong to the team in Linköping Mjärdevi, which consists of about 20 people.

• At least 4 years of experience in end-user support
• Systematic troubleshooting
• Experience working in ticketing systems
• Infrastructure/Server, Windows, and Linux
• Database/Storage
• Networking Desirable knowledge: 
• Azure, AD, SCCM, ITIL, ServiceNow, IFS, Biztalk, Print/Labelprint, Documentation Requires Swedish citizenship. Background checks such as criminal record, payment remarks, etc., may be required.
