We are looking for a Business Controller for an international company based in Västerås. Here, you will become a strategic partner to local business lines and contribute to optimizing financial performance. You will play a central role in analyzing, following up, and communicating financial information to support effective decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

• Support local business lines with monitoring cost centers and resource optimization

• Be responsible for financial reporting, monthly closings, forecasts, and planning

• Ensure that the control model and internal controls are implemented

• Follow up and analyze the performance and risk exposure of the business

• Drive cost structure, cash flow optimization, and capital utilization

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in finance and tax

• Ensure that all activities comply with HSE and compliance requirements

We are looking for someone who

• Has a relevant academic degree in finance or similar

• Has experience in Business Controlling, preferably in a global environment

• Has project controller experience and preferably SAP knowledge

• Is a team player with good collaboration and communication skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are a plus
