About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ongoing accounting and reporting while continuously improving and streamlining internal processes. You will primarily work with business systems such as Microsoft Navision (NAV) and Excel. The role reports to the CFO, and you will be part of a team in a modern office located in Jordbro.

The company operates in food production and has a newly built factory with modern offices, where you will play an important part in the development of the business.

Your main responsibilities:

• Responsible for ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and monthly and annual financial statements.
• Handle declarations and participate in audits.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Ensure accurate inventory balances by participating in inventory processes.
• Analyze financial data and provide support in financial matters.
• Improve quality and efficiency in accounting and reporting processes.
• Be involved in shaping future business models, working methods, and routines.

We are looking for someone who

Has at least 2-3 years of experience as an independent Accounting Economist and feels confident in operational financial work. You may be at the beginning of your career but have the right foundational experiences and a strong desire to develop further. You are used to working towards deadlines and have a solution- and results-oriented approach. With the ability to own and drive your own role, you are eager to take initiative and collaborate well with both internal and external contacts.

As a person, you are meticulous and detail-oriented but also have a good overall perspective. You contribute positive energy, engagement, and an unpretentious attitude to your team.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in economics or equivalent education.
• Basic experience in accounting, financial reporting, and financial processes.
• Experience with larger business and BI systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite.

Scope and Location

• Employment type: Direct recruitment with a 6-month probationary period. You will be employed directly by our client.
• Start date: As soon as possible.
• Location: Jordbro, Stockholm.
• Working hours: Weekdays 7–16.
