As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key person in every customer's experience. You assist both private and business customers via phone, chat, and email – with the goal of delivering world-class service every time. You will work at our headquarters in Nacka, just 5 minutes from Slussen.

You will:

If you have previous experience in the telecom industry, it is a great advantage!

 Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service
• Experience in sales
• Fluent Swedish – in both spoken and written form
• Good computer skills
