ABOUT THE POSITION

Mandaley is a company that owns the two Swedish clothing brands Soft Goat and Malina - known for their timeless and exclusive design. In the role of Customer Service Agent, you will belong to a team of six people and together with them play a key role in delivering world-class service to Mandaley's customers. You will be based at the office in Östermalm and work approximately one day a week. We are looking for someone who can start immediately, with work primarily taking place during office hours Monday to Friday. During more intensive periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and summer, there will also be an expectation to work more to help relieve the team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent at Mandaley, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a first-class customer experience for their online customers. Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer inquiries via email and phone
• Supporting issues related to online orders and returns
• Navigating and working in various business and case management systems
• Assisting customers with questions about products and deliveries

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying a post-secondary education of at least 50% where studies are expected to continue for at least another year. Alternatively, another main occupation of at least 50%
• Has good experience in customer service
• Has experience in case management and/or administration
• Possesses good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous experience in customer support via phone and email
• Experience working with e-commerce systems
