Haklift is looking for an Outside Sales Representative in Sweden

Haklift, part of Axel Johnson International, is a leading player in lifting, load securing, and material handling in Finland. Now they are taking the next big step – establishing their operations in Sweden (and the Nordics). This is a unique opportunity for you who want to be involved from the start and play a key role in building Haklift's presence in Sweden.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Haklift is now looking for a driven and self-sufficient outside sales representative who wants to help create something big. The role involves building a network of resellers, establishing strong customer relationships, and actively contributing to shaping Haklift's strategy in the Swedish market. You will have great freedom under responsibility and become part of a Nordic sales team of about 12 people. Support and guidance will be provided by experienced colleagues and your immediate manager Jussi, who has extensive experience in sales within the industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

The role of the outside sales representative will involve a varied everyday life, but some of your main tasks will include:

  • Prospecting and developing new customers – you will build the market from the ground up
  • Creating and developing strong partnerships with resellers
  • Conducting customer meetings, both physical and digital
  • Participating in market planning for Sweden and Norway
  • Collaborating with Haklift's Finnish team to develop Swedish sales materials and training

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has previous work experience in B2B sales
  • Is proficient in systems, for example, the Office suite
  • Holds a valid driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Experience in technical and complex sales
  • Industry knowledge and an existing network
  • Relevant post-secondary education

Personal qualities:

To succeed in the role, you need to be self-sufficient, results-oriented, and have a strong desire to create new business. You enjoy taking initiative and have a high energy level. Haklift values the right attitude highly – therefore, great importance is placed on your personal qualities rather than formal education or previous experience.
