Sales Representative at Pro Optix

Forget rigid processes and impersonal sales targets. Pro Optix is a small and dynamic IT company that believes in creating long-term success through personal relationships – both with customers and employees.

Pro Optix sells advanced fiber optic network components – such as transceivers, cables, WDM solutions, media converters, etc. – to enable high-performance optical networks.

We are now looking for an experienced Sales Representative who shares Pro Optix's passion for creating long-term value and who wants to be an important part of the company's continued success.

As a Sales Representative at Pro Optix, you will have overall responsibility for the entire sales process – from the first contact to the completed deal. You will work closely with the company's CEO, sales team, and other colleagues to develop and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.

Your tasks include, among others:

  • Driving your own and joint sales processes
  • Identifying, processing, and developing new customers
  • Registering customers and activities in the CRM system
  • Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
  • Developing and strengthening the reseller channel together with the reseller manager
  • Participating in and conducting customer events and activities

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with relevant post-secondary education and at least 3–5 years of experience in successful proactive B2B sales work. Experience from the IT industry is an advantage but not decisive – your ability to build trust and relationships is the most important.

  • Outgoing, self-driven, structured, and methodical in your work approach
  • A trustworthy relationship builder who enjoys and can handle meetings with people at different levels, both decision-makers and technical specialists
  • Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed goals. You want to see your customers succeed and are comfortable taking responsibility for the entire sales process, from the first contact to the completed deal
  • A curious problem solver who sees opportunities instead of obstacles
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to achieve results and find long-term good solutions
  • Development-oriented and want to be part of a growth journey

You also need to have very good Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.

Your everyday life

At Pro Optix, you will have great responsibility for your own everyday life while receiving support to succeed. The company believes in a periodic sales cycle, where you alternate between planning activities and meetings and then spending a period out with customers. You work with companies of various sizes, both in the private and public sectors. Your main tool after your colleagues is the Pro Optix CRM system, so familiarity and methodology in working with CRM systems is key to success.

  • Extent; Full-time, permanent with a 6-month initial probationary period
  • Location: Pro Optix office in Nacka, at least 3 days a week on-site
