As a Tender Specialist, you have a central and operational role in our tendering and procurement work. You are responsible for monitoring, leading, coordinating, and managing procurements and tenders – with full responsibility for timelines, structure, and delivery.

You work nationally with municipalities and authorities as well as cross-functionally with several of our business areas. The role suits you who thrive on structure, coordination, and driving processes from start to finish.

Your main responsibilities

🧯Monitor relevant procurements and tenders nationally

🧯 Lead and coordinate tender processes with responsibility for timelines and delivery

🧯 Ensure that tenders meet all requirements and formalities

🧯Communicate with contracting authorities and handle questions/completions

🧯  Structure and document tender materials and update systems and templates

🧯  Contribute to the improvement of working methods and routines within the tender area.

We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and has a strong ability to coordinate and meet deadlines.

To succeed in the role, we see that you have:

🧩Experience with LOU/LUF

🧩Very good ability to plan, structure, and drive processes

🧩Good collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally

🧩Ability to handle multiple parallel procurements simultaneously

🧩 Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
