As a customer service representative at Concentrix, you will receive incoming calls from Electrolux customers. You will handle calls regarding invoices, inquiries, and simple troubleshooting where your role is to assist customers based on their needs. To fit in this role, it is advantageous to be comfortable with customer interactions over the phone. In addition to a pleasant atmosphere and wonderful colleagues, we offer a fresh office in Solna Strand with a view of the water! We also provide convenient working hours, Monday - Friday 08:15-17:00.

As a customer service representative for Electrolux, you will:

• Support general customer service for home products and appliances.
• Assist customers with technical support, troubleshooting, and product information.
• Have the opportunity for performance-based bonuses.
• Receive paid training to ensure you have the right conditions for the job!

Concentrix and you are a good match if you:

• Have good computer skills
• Have passing grades in Swedish A/1 and English A/5
• Have a positive attitude towards learning and personal development
• Have a sense of what constitutes good customer service and a desire to practice it.
