Do you want to become a key person in one of Europe's leading companies in recycling, environment, and circular economy? REMONDIS is now looking for an experienced and business-driven Key Account Manager who wants to help develop our largest customers while contributing to a more sustainable society.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a comprehensive and strategically important customer portfolio. Your focus will be on developing existing customers, primarily in commercial properties and retail, as well as actively identifying and winning new business. You will work closely with the organization, primarily based in Stockholm.

The role is both strategic and operational where you meet decision-makers, drive complex deals, and ensure profitability while building long-term, sustainable relationships.

The position is based in Stockholm, but travel throughout Sweden may occur.

Your main responsibilities
  • Be responsible for and develop a significant national customer portfolio.

  • Drive both national and strategic sales projects.

  • Actively work on new customer acquisition and expand the portfolio.

  • Conduct needs analyses, develop customer-specific solutions, and create profitability calculations.

  • Create and maintain good relationships with your customers and partners.

  • Negotiate contracts, write proposals, and follow up on agreements locally with the sales organization.

  • Collaborate with REMONDIS group's sister companies to leverage existing national customer relationships.

  • Represent REMONDIS as an ambassador and ensure that our values are upheld.

Who we are looking for

To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience in similar work, for example as a Key Account Manager, business developer, or strategic salesperson responsible for larger customers. You are confident in discussions with decision-makers and have a structured and business-oriented approach.

We believe you:

  • Have documented experience working with larger customers and complex agreements.

  • Are relationship-building, attentive, and used to working long-term.

  • Are analytical, understand business calculations, and can ensure profitability in your agreements.

  • Thrive in a role where strategy meets operational work.

  • Are self-driven and have a knack for driving sales towards clear goals.

  • Have a B driver's license and good system skills.

Experience from recycling, industry, logistics, real estate, or related service areas is an advantage but not a requirement.
