About the role: As a Team Leader at Partyland, you will have overall responsibility for the store's operations, staff, and results.

Your main responsibilities:

Coaching and clear leadership. Recruitment in consultation with HR.

Training and development of staff.

Scheduling, vacation planning, follow-up conversations. Annual development discussions.

Responsibility for the store's overall performance and financial results. Work towards set revenue budgets.

Ensure that standard assortment is always in stock. Follow trends and competition in the area.

Inventory and stock follow-up. Handle deliveries and complaints.

Ensure a clean, well-organized, and inspiring store.
