At Forenede Care, we are looking for you who are a care assistant/nursing assistant and want to work on demand in our home care services in Vellinge municipality. We provide home care throughout Vellinge municipality and operate from 3 locations. The locations are in our activity houses Almgården, which serves the Vellinge urban area and surrounding villages, Postgården, which serves the Höllviken, Räng, Kämpinge, and Ljunghusen areas, and Bäckagården, which serves Skanör and Falsterbo.

We are now looking for new nursing assistants and care assistants for the home care services at Almgården, Postgården, and Bäckagården, all located in Vellinge municipality.

The operations are located in the picturesque Vellinge municipality with good public transport and parking facilities near our operations.

With us, you will have competent and dedicated managers and team leaders who support and develop you in your role as a nursing assistant and care assistant and in your development at Forenede Care. We run a company where you grow together with us.

In the position of nursing assistant and care assistant with us, you will perform care and support based on the customer's wishes and in accordance with applicable assistance decisions with a strong focus on quality. This is done, for example, by performing personal hygiene, assisting with meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and social interaction. Social interaction can include conversations, games, bike rides, music activities, or similar. You will also perform delegated tasks from licensed staff in the form of medication administration and training.

Job Description

We are currently looking for several colleagues on demand for our three operations.

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• To be employed on demand as a nursing assistant, you need to present a certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant
• Have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
• Hold a B driver's license or be able to cycle

We also consider it an advantage if you have previous experience in elderly care and dementia care.
