Within the social care administration, about 1200 dedicated employees work to provide support and care to those in need in our municipality. The work takes place within elderly care, home care, disability services, social psychiatry, and individual and family care.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of HSL Nursing Assistant, you will have a varied and meaningful job where you meet patients in their own homes. Your tasks include wound care, sample collection, medication administration, and some catheter care, always on delegation or according to clear instructions from the responsible nurse.

You will receive a secure and well-planned introduction that will help you feel confident in your role quickly. The work is independent, but you always have a dedicated and supportive team nearby.

As an HSL Nursing Assistant, you are an important part of our operations. Through your commitment, you contribute every day to ensuring that our patients receive safe, professional, and person-centered care. Documentation is a natural part of the job and is an important tool to ensure good quality and continuity in care.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or a nursing student with at least four completed semesters. You are self-assured, take responsibility, and find it easy to collaborate with others. With your flexibility and attentiveness, you can quickly adapt to different situations and meet people with a genuine commitment to good care.

You thrive in a varied and unpretentious work environment where collaboration and quality are in focus, and you would like to contribute to developing and maintaining high care quality. Experience in similar tasks is an advantage, but we place great importance on your attitude and engagement.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, and have a B driver's license.
