A key role in our daily delivery: At Securus, we work on assignments that make a real difference – for society, for safety, and for people in vulnerable situations. In the role of operations manager with a focus on operational staffing, you will be a central part of our operations support. You ensure that our assignments are staffed with the right person, at the right time, and in the right place – often with short notice and always with high precision.

This is a role that requires speed, structure, and good communication. You handle daily orders, register absences, book travel, and resolve discrepancies in a professional and smooth manner. When something is urgent, you are often the one who makes the first contact and finds the best solution. Through your drive and presence, you create stability and delivery reliability – every day, every shift.

Is this you? We are looking for someone with a high school education who is accustomed to working with computers and various administrative systems. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have previous experience in operational roles such as operations, staffing, or customer service. Experience in the security industry, good system proficiency, or additional language skills are advantageous.

You are confident in making quick decisions, even in pressured situations, and can maintain focus without compromising accuracy. You are responsible and solution-oriented, always doing your utmost to make things work in practice. You thrive in collaboration with both colleagues and clients and communicate clearly even when the pace is high.
