Do you want to work with internal communication in a global environment where your work reaches employees in over 27 markets? We are now looking for a Senior Internal Communication Consultant on behalf of our client, who is passionate about creating engaging, clear, and value-adding internal messages.

About the role

You will be a key player in an international communication team and will among other things:

• Act as an expert and editor for internal news in English – from 27 different markets.

• Write and edit texts for internal channels: intranet (SharePoint), Viva Engage, and newsletters.

• Support management communication, internal campaigns, and messages via email.

• Ensure that the organization's purpose, strategy, and values permeate all internal communication.

• Measure and report on communication efforts for continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least 7 years of experience as a communicator/editor – preferably within internal communication.

• Is fluent in English, both written and spoken, with a high editorial standard.

• Has a relevant academic degree in journalism, communication, or similar.

• Is skilled at planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Has strong networking and stakeholder management skills.

• Thrives in complex and international organizations.
