As a consultant manager, you will have a varied and developing everyday life, with both customer responsibility and personnel responsibility. You will be responsible for your own clients, as well as having personnel responsibility for your consultants.

Tasks

• Recruitment of consultants for our assignments
• Onboarding of your consultants
• Personnel administration and care
• Client visits or stationary work at your clients' locations
• Daily contact with clients and consultants
• Developing new and existing clients
• Key performance indicators and delivery follow-up

We are looking for someone who is goal-oriented, driven to develop business, and skilled at building relationships with clients, consultants, and candidates. You have a solution-focused work approach and are motivated by challenges.

We believe you are efficient and self-sufficient, as well as being meticulous and good at prioritizing tasks. Our clients operate during varying hours of the day, which places high demands on flexibility and responsibility from you.

Furthermore, we see that you are confident in your leadership, as you have full personnel responsibility for your consultants. However, you will receive support from other colleagues and work closely with them regarding planning and recruitment. You are a social genius who enjoys making new contacts and networking in various forums to create good conditions for your work!

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment • Driver's license (B) It is an advantage if you have a large network in the Malmö, Helsingborg, and Landskrona areas.
