About the role

We are now looking for a committed and experienced Economist who also has an interest in HR issues. A key person who wants to help develop our business forward. As an Economist with us, you will have a broad and independent role where you are responsible for everything from ongoing bookkeeping, year-end closing, VAT and declarations to payroll management, invoicing, and inventory. You will work in the Visma system and have close dialogue with management and operations. In addition to the financial work, you will also have a natural responsibility for administrative HR issues and personnel support, an important role in our continued development as an employer.

The workplace is located in Rydaholm, close to both nature and production, where Holmebo Torv's history once began.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who can take a holistic approach and contribute with structure, routines, and a long-term working method for our finance and HR function. You are meticulous, responsible, and used to working in a structured way. You have education or previous work experience in qualified economic work and thrive in an environment where you can be both operational and advisory. You are not only comfortable with numbers, but you are also a person who enjoys contributing to a good working atmosphere and appreciates the family feeling in a smaller company. To thrive in the role, you also need to appreciate working independently and taking your own initiatives in everyday life.
