We are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis and on a schedule up to 50% for a man in his 60s living centrally in Hassela. 

As a substitute, you need to be flexible and able to work during the absence of regular assistants due to, for example, vacation or illness, often on short notice.

You primarily need to be able to work between 09-09 at least a few days a week. 

It is also often possible to book shifts relatively far in advance.

Your tasks will include: Transfers, assistance, personal hygiene, and accompanying on various activities. 

About you: We prefer that you have professional experience in care and support and have experience working as a personal assistant.

You are patient, organized, smoke-free, responsible, and have no problem stepping up when needed while also being attentive and able to take a more reserved role.

You need to be mentally and physically strong as transfers are involved.

Meritorious: If you are currently working as a personal assistant or have done so in the past.

Working hours: Usually 09-09.

Scope: 2 substitutes as needed with some fixed scheduled shifts. 

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations such as e.g. overtime/shift supplements in accordance with collective agreements.

Other: To be employed with us, you need to have a bank ID.
