About the role We are growing and are now looking for another payroll consultant to join our team in Stockholm City. You will work with the entire payroll process for both salaried employees and hourly workers, and be a key person in ensuring that our clients' employees receive the correct salary – on time. You will have overall responsibility for your client assignments, which means you will both deliver, advise, and develop the business with the client. As part of Talenom, you will also have access to a valuable network of approximately 30 payroll consultants across the country – a support in everyday life and an opportunity for knowledge exchange and development.

Your main tasks:

• Manage payroll processes from start to finish
• Interpret and apply collective agreements, LAS, and the holiday law
• Stay updated on changes in payroll and labor law related to payroll
• Provide support and advice on payroll issues to entrepreneurs, managers, and employees based on the assignment's regulations
• Collaborate with accounting consultants to ensure quality and efficiency

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education in payroll or equivalent experience as a payroll consultant 
• At least 1 year of experience working at an agency as a payroll consultant, or worked in-house, with both salaried and hourly wages.
• Is used to working independently and taking responsibility for your tasks

Perhaps you also have:

• Experience as a payroll consultant focusing on a specific industry – for example, restaurant, hotel, or retail
• Worked in Visma Lön 600
• Good experience working in a Microsoft environment and feel comfortable with tools like Excel
