Fässbergsgården is a residential care home located in a beautiful natural area in Mölndal. We offer a safe home environment for boys and girls aged 14–19 with psychosocial issues.

Our fundamental view is based on system theory with salutogenic elements, focusing on building, strengthening, and developing the network around the youth, based on the belief in each individual's own ability. With the right support, they can develop and manage their situation, environment, and relationships in a constructive way.

At Fässbergsgården, we work using the following methods and approaches: Low-Arousal Approach, Clarifying Pedagogy, Environmental Therapy, MI, RePulse, TMO, ADL.

Job Posting: Treatment Assistant for Residential Care Home

Are you engaged, responsible, and passionate about making a difference in young people's lives? We are now looking for a treatment assistant for our residential care home.

About the Position

As a treatment assistant with us, you will work in a structured and safe environment where you, together with your colleagues, support and guide youth in their daily lives. You will play a vital role in creating conditions for their personal development and well-being. Your tasks will include motivation work, conversations, documentation, and being a present adult role model in the youth's lives.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a university degree in social work or at least a two-year post-secondary education in the field (required).

• Holds a valid driver's license (required).

• Has experience working in a residential care home or similar setting (preferable).

• Has training in treatment methods such as REPULSE, CBT, TMO, HAP, ART, or similar (preferable).

You are a calm, attentive, and solution-focused person who can handle challenging situations with composure. You thrive in a role where collaboration and clear communication are key to success.
