Personal Assistant with Leadership Responsibilities

We currently have clients looking for you who, in addition to your role as an assistant, also want to take on expanded responsibilities as a team leader.

To fit the role of assistant:

• You are practical and an open person who can see the big picture and adapt to the client's daily condition and needs.
• You should be an alert person in good physical shape and feel comfortable handling various hygiene situations and other types of care.

To fit the role of Team Leader:

• You have previous experience leading groups. You can see the needs of the entire group while keeping your client in focus.
• You are flexible and inventive.
• You see the leadership role as an opportunity for development.

The goal is to find someone who is passionate about the profession, meets the requirements outlined in this ad, and has the desire to learn to become the best assistant and team leader for their client!

Desirable qualifications for the position:

• Previous experience in assistance.
• Previous experience leading a group.

• Female
• Good Swedish
