This young man leads an active life, has a sense of humor, is talkative, and loves to have fun! Due to a congenital viral infection, he has a CP disability and uses a wheelchair. During the week, he works at Move and Walk, where physical training is an important part of the day. Activities such as power soccer and boccia are also on the schedule during his free time. Music and concerts are major interests, and regular visits to the swimming pool and ski trips with his family to Åre are other highlights throughout the year. Your role as an assistant will be to act as his extra arms and legs and to be that motivating force in his daily life.

We are looking for an engaged and attentive person who intuitively sees what needs to be done and does not hesitate to take initiative. You are patient, have a good sense of humor, and enjoy the challenge of being active and creative in your work. Your personal qualities weigh more than previous experience, although work in similar fields is certainly seen as an advantage.

A requirement for the position is that you have a driver's license to assist with travel and outings.

The employment rate for the position is part-time (50%), but before starting, we offer introductory shifts as a temporary employee to ensure that you feel secure and prepared in your new role. The work is scheduled according to a rolling schedule and primarily includes days, evenings, and weekends.
