Matchia AB is now looking for a driven and self-reliant mentor for the position of Rusta och matcha 2.

Our goal is to create conditions for job seekers so that they can find a job or enter education in the shortest possible time.

Job responsibilities

As a mentor, you will work to map, equip, guide, motivate, and match individuals who are unemployed to jobs and studies. You will be a support in the participants' process towards employment.

Your tasks include:

• Conducting practical activities, both individually and in groups
• Networking and contacting employers with hiring needs
• Continuous documentation and follow-up

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience working with job seekers, preferably within the framework of Rusta och matcha
• At least one year of full-time studies in post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in working with documentation and follow-up
• Strong ability to work independently and in a team
• Positive and engaged personality
