Full-service agency Hummelkläppen in Stockholm is now looking for an Auditor / Audit Assistant who has a strong interest in the profession and an ambition to become authorized! About the position Depending on your prior experience, as an Auditor / Audit Assistant, you will be able to take greater responsibility for client assignments, planning, and administration of audits and advisory projects, as well as ensuring that deadlines and quality requirements are met. The work is carried out both independently and in close collaboration with authorized auditors and other colleagues.
In this role, you will participate in all phases of the audit process and will have a more driving role in assignments, from planning and risk assessment to execution and reporting. Your tasks include:
- Conducting audits and reviews of financial documents.
- Analyzing and ensuring that accounting complies with applicable regulations and standards.
- Performing risk assessments and audit tests and contributing to the efficiency of the audit process.
- Documenting and compiling material that forms the basis for audit reports.
- Communicating with clients and handling questions regarding auditing and accounting.
- Advising and supporting clients in business decisions and processes.
We would like you to have a desire to take the step towards becoming an authorized auditor. You will receive help in creating a clear development plan to gradually develop and achieve your goals!
Who are we looking for? We are looking for a cheerful, attentive, and humble person who finds it easy to make contact, enjoys working with people, and is willing to contribute to a pleasant and energetic work environment. To be considered for the position, we would like you to meet the following criteria:
- Have an academic degree (preferably with specialization or certifications in auditing).
- Have previous experience in auditing and be accustomed to managing assignments and meeting deadlines.
- Be structured, administratively inclined, and have a high degree of accuracy and organizational skills.
- Have good knowledge of Swedish and preferably English.
- Have a strong drive, be proactive, and want to develop both professionally and personally.
Meritorious:
- Experience working with owner-managed companies and understanding of specific issues.
- Previous experience in accounting work.
- You have an ambition to take the step towards becoming an authorized auditor in the future.
