About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting September 1st and lasting until the end of the year. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DHL Freight. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

In this role, you will be part of a team called Sales Lead Qualification (SLQ), consisting of three employees who work together in an open office landscape. At DHL's office in Växjö, the SLQ team shares premises with DHL Freight's Customer Service. The company strives to have fun together, achieve goals, help customers grow, and celebrate successes.

Job responsibilities

As an employee in the SLQ department (Sales Lead Qualification) at DHL Freight, you will be part of a smaller, close-knit team. Together, you are responsible for handling and qualifying incoming inquiries from potential customers who have shown interest in DHL Freight's services.

Your main task is to assess whether DHL Freight can offer a solution that matches the customer's needs – and to ensure that each contact receives a professional, service-oriented, and advisory response right from the first call.

Your role includes:

  • Reviewing incoming inquiries and analyzing what the customer wants to send, how much, and where
  • Conducting credit assessments and ensuring that DHL Freight can offer the customer the right type of solution
  • Contacting potential customers via phone or email to provide feedback – whether it is an offer or a rejection
  • Presenting DHL's services and offerings

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed secondary education or equivalent
  • Good computer and system skills
  • You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage

As a person, you are both driven and results-oriented, and you have the ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork. You are meticulous in your work and responsive to others' needs, allowing you to adapt smoothly to different situations. You have strong endurance and are goal-oriented, constantly striving to meet set targets.

Start: September 1st Location: Växjö Salary: By agreement
