About Apoteket Sambandsvägen

The pharmacy is located in the heart of Arenastaden in Växjö, right at the entrance to Citygross. Here you will meet a large and well-visited pharmacy with a good customer flow and many prescription customers. The majority of our customers are regulars who appreciate the cheerful and helpful atmosphere in the team.

We are seven employees who together are passionate about customer interaction and always strive to provide our customers with a positive and safe experience. With us, you will have a varied job in a fast-paced pharmacy with good cohesion.

The working hours for this position are within the framework of the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 09:00-16:00, Sundays 10:00-15:00.

Your role

Our self-care advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you will contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle self-care advice and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice on self-care and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Inform about the correct use of over-the-counter medications.
• Follow guidelines for safe self-care advice.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor, with a clear interest in people, health, and self-care.
