ABOUT THE POSITION

In our factory sales and warehouse shop, we offer both sales and advice on our wide range of products. As a salesperson with us, you are the face of Naturfönster. You welcome customers to the store and on the phone, provide personal service, and guide them to the right choice – independently and with great commitment. In the store, customers can view the entire range, place orders, pick up orders, and find bargains in our outlet. We are looking for a person who can work flexibly as hours vary depending on the season. During the summer months, you will work more than in the winter months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and assist customers in the store
Answer the phone and provide advice about our products
Help customers place orders
Handle administration related to sales
Other tasks as needed in the company

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is:

Service-oriented
Attentive to customer needs and requests
Responsible and self-driven
Organized
Communicative and solution-oriented

You should also have good computer skills and be able to express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Experience in sales, customer service, or previous work in the construction industry is a plus, but not a requirement. For us, it is important to find the right person who has the desire to grow into the role.
