Job Description

We are now looking for a meticulous financial administrator with an eye for detail who enjoys varied administration, teamwork, and creating added value for the organization.

The work involves independently managing daily accounting issues and supporting managers in financial administrative tasks.

You will work with ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, accounts payable, payments, accounts receivable, inventory, as well as invoicing and purchasing.

You should be driven and focused on your assignment and contribute to the team's and organization's development work. We expect that you, as an applicant, have good administrative skills and can quickly familiarize yourself with various systems and assist with, for example, administration in AD or other IT environments.

You, as the applicant, are a positive, calm, and stable person who is controlled and meticulous even under time pressure. You should be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems that arise at short notice, easily adapt to changing circumstances, and work until the desired results are achieved.

Qualifications

As a person, you are meticulous and have very good administrative skills. You have a good ability to express yourself in speech and writing and a knack for collaborating and communicating. You have a service-oriented working style and enjoy working independently as well as in a group. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities. You should also have:

• A completed approved high school diploma with a focus on economics.
• Previous experience in financial administration or another role involving financial management.
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
• Very good knowledge of the Office suite.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from public sector work.
• Post-secondary education in economics or similar.
• Experience with the following systems: UBW (Unit4) formerly Agresso and Visma Proceedo.
• Experience in handling registration and records management.

Employment:

As a financial administrator with us, you will work daytime: Monday to Friday with flexible working hours.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that begins with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
