Are you an experienced accounting consultant looking to take full responsibility for client relationships – with a focus on year-end closing, advisory, and business acumen?
We are looking for a confident and self-driven accounting consultant with several years of experience from an agency, who wants to take the next step in their career. You have a genuine interest in client relationships and want to contribute to growth and development – for clients, the team, and the business.
In the role of client-responsible accounting consultant, you will have overall responsibility for a number of clients, where you manage everything from ongoing accounting to year-end closing and advisory. You play a crucial role in ensuring quality, communication, and client satisfaction – and you thrive on being the one who keeps everything together.
You will be part of a team of about ten colleagues where the atmosphere is characterized by helpfulness, humility, and strong team spirit. Here you will have both responsibility and freedom, and you have the opportunity to influence both your own daily work and how we work together. In addition, you will have your own office – with space for focus, conversation, and structure.
What does the role entail?
You will:
- Manage ongoing accounting, VAT, bookkeeping, and year-end closing
- Prepare annual reports, tax calculations, and declarations
- Maintain close and proactive dialogue with clients – both operationally and advisory
- Contribute to the digitalization and streamlining of clients' financial processes
- Take responsibility for your own delivery and communication with clients
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant education in finance or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably from an agency
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- A business-oriented approach and interest in advisory
- Experience with Fortnox and Capego
- Worked with personal income tax returns
- Basic knowledge of the 3:12 rules
- Started or completed authorization
- Interest in developing processes and routines
