Your Responsibilities

An opportunity to be a breath of fresh air in a small company with a great passion for boat building! Our client Ryds Boats is now looking for their next team member. Do you love order and structure, have a good grasp of numbers, and want to work in a company where community is as important as quality? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for.

With them, you will have an important key role and the opportunity to grow further. Initially, you will work with accounts payable, payroll processing for 18 employees, ongoing bookkeeping, and reporting to the Swedish Tax Agency. It’s a small company with a big heart, and here you will have the chance to develop while gradually taking on more responsibilities over time.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being the stable spider in the web, the person who holds the pieces together and creates order even when the pace picks up and it gets a bit windy. You have a natural sense of structure and details, and you work meticulously without losing sight of the big picture. Collaboration comes naturally to you – you are a team player who sees the value in helping colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.

Your experience in finance and payroll administration means you will quickly adapt to the role and feel secure in your tasks.
