Business Controller with a focus on projects

Do you want to work closely with our projects and help create structure and order in a business that builds the balconies of the future? We are now looking for a Business Controller with a focus on projects – a role where you can combine finance and analysis with an understanding of our balcony projects in practice.

The Role

As a Business Controller, you will be a key person in our organization. The role is flexible, and you will have the opportunity to create your own structure in your work and contribute to developing our processes. You will follow our ongoing and completed projects, work with forecasts, analyze changes, and follow up results together with project managers, business managers, salespeople, and management. Excel is an important tool in your work, but equally important is your curiosity and ability to understand the whole picture of our projects.

Examples of tasks:

• Monthly forecasts and follow-ups of projects
• Analysis of results and profitability
• Progressive profit recognition
• Credit assessments and insurance of assignments
• Budgeting and forecasting work
• Participate in the development of routines and working methods

Who are you?

You have experience as a controller in finance and/or project follow-up – but most importantly, you thrive in the intersection between numbers and the reality of the projects. As you collaborate with project managers, business managers, salespeople, and management, it is essential that you are outgoing and have presence in your working style. You are confident in Excel and enjoy working with data, but you are also curious about understanding how our balcony projects are driven and developed.
