Do you want to work as a salesperson in the grocery sector? L-Bakery is now looking for a dedicated and self-driven salesperson who wants to help establish their lactose- and gluten-free products more widely in the Swedish market.

About the role As a salesperson at L-Bakery, you will be responsible for selling and marketing our products to the grocery sector. You will build long-term relationships with store staff, drive sales, and ensure that our products have a prominent place in the store. You will also be responsible for delivering the products to customers.

Your responsibilities and tasks will include:

• Visiting and developing cooperation with grocery stores in your district
• Ensuring visibility and availability of our products in stores
• Conducting campaigns and activities to drive sales
• Building good relationships with store managers and staff
• Analyzing sales results and identifying growth opportunities

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in sales within the grocery sector (preferable but not required)
• Is driven, self-sufficient, and enjoys working towards set goals
• Has an interest in bakery products and the food industry
• Is a skilled relationship builder and enjoys meeting customers
• Has a B driver's license and can travel within the district

About us L-Bakery AB is a subsidiary of the Finnish company Laitilan Leipä Oy, which was founded in 1974. Today, Laitilan Leipä Oy has two bakeries, one of which is entirely dedicated to gluten-free products. The product range consists solely of sustainable baked goods. All products are lactose-free, and some are also milk-free. We have a national operation in Finland and employ a total of 40 people.
