About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on November 3rd and lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DHL Freight. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment or employment.

DHL Freight's customer service in Växjö is responsible for all customer service regarding domestic transport. Job responsibilities

In the role of customer service representative, you will be responsible for receiving, managing, and administering incoming cases via phone, email, and chat. The cases concern questions both before, during, and after transport from customers located throughout Sweden. You will be in contact with both corporate customers and private individuals, where the important thing is to find the right solution and provide good service. Furthermore, you will have close collaboration with other functions within customer service and DHL Freight. This is to strengthen the bonds and cooperation within DHL Freight in order to work on continuous improvements. In the role, you will initially be offered an introduction to create an understanding of the company's working methods and systems. Here you will have the opportunity to develop together with your department and the entire customer service team. DHL Freight has divided customer inquiries into different knowledge areas, which means that you start by learning one knowledge area and then build on with more. Together with your colleagues, you will help and support each other.

    Education, experience, and personal qualities

      • Completed upper secondary education or equivalent
      • Good computer and systems skills
      • You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English
      • Previous work experience in customer service or other customer-facing roles is an advantage

      We are looking for someone with good communication skills who thrives best when collaborating with others. Since availability and customer interaction are important for delivering a positive customer experience, we see that you are motivated to provide good service and are attentive. As the work requires high structure and order, you are also meticulous as a person, used to working in data and system environments, and have the ability to prioritize your work and be solution-focused. It is also important that you can handle a varied work pace and are flexible as the workload can vary.
