The role – Here’s what your workdays may look like

As Sales Support, you will play an important role in our sales organization worldwide. Here, administration and customer contact are mixed, giving you a varied and dynamic workday. You will serve as an important link between the sales organization, our customers, and internal functions.

You will be part of a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Support team where we support each other, collaborate closely with our salespeople, and work towards common goals. Your contribution in this role is crucial for creating a smooth customer journey – from first contact to delivery.

Your main responsibilities include:

· Order and quote registration in the business system Monitor

· Follow-up on orders and quotes

· Project registration and project follow-up

· Assist with documentation, certificates, and product information

· Handling complaints and customer cases

· Support via phone and email

· Participation in fairs and events

We are looking for someone who:

· Is proficient in Swedish and English (additional languages are a plus)

· Has experience in customer service, order management, and administrative work

· Has worked in business systems and CRM (Monitor is a plus)

· Is computer literate and comfortable with the Office suite

· Previous experience in sales is a plus

· Enjoys both independent work and teamwork
