As a salesperson with us, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our presence within the manufacturing industry across Sweden. You will actively work to identify new business opportunities and create long-term, valuable relationships, as well as act as a door opener to contribute to our continued expansion. You will, among other things, communicate with development departments, technical managers, and purchasing, and by understanding their needs and challenges, you will offer tailored solutions that help them take their respective operations to the next level.
About the role
In this role, you have a clear commercial responsibility to develop business and long-term customer relationships. You work closely with both new and existing customers, focusing on understanding their operations, building trust over time, and converting needs into profitable business. The role involves a high presence in the market, travel across the country, and representation at trade fairs and events. You have several years of experience in similar roles with a strong desire to learn more and develop together with us.
To assist you, you have skilled and helpful colleagues in technology, construction, and BackOffice who support and help you with the materials you need.
We believe that you have a strong inner drive and enjoy working independently, but have a strong understanding that it is the team that together creates our success. Your ability to build relationships and see opportunities where others see challenges will be crucial to your success.
With us, you will be an important part of an expanding company with great ambitions. You will have the chance to take responsibility and influence your own success. We offer an exciting and varied position where you can truly make a difference and be part of our continued growth journey.
To succeed in the role, we believe that you
- Have experience in selling technical products, particularly in cabling, electrical engineering, or electrical components
- Can understand and communicate technical features and customer-specific solutions
- Have experience in project processes involving multiple functions – We offer a solution, not just a cable!
- Have previously worked independently in larger geographical areas and planned your working days independently
Industry-specific experience is an advantage, but it is primarily your personal qualities – your drive, business acumen, and ability to build relationships – that are crucial for success in the role.
We appreciate qualities such as:
- Engaged and outgoing – you thrive in meeting customers and are both task- and solution-oriented.
- Business-oriented - you love making deals!
- Curious, humble, and development-focused – you have a strong interest in technology and are always ready to learn new things. We place great value on being unpretentious.
- Independent but also a team player – you understand the importance of working freely but also value collaboration within the team.
A valid driver's license (B) is required, as well as fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
