Junora is one of the fastest-growing online auction platforms in the market. Junora helps companies and individuals sell vehicles, machinery, and tools via auction in a simple and efficient way. We currently have about 50 employees and are growing rapidly - now we are looking for top salespeople who want to join our journey and work with attractive products aimed at customers in agriculture, contracting, forestry, industry, construction, and several other sectors.

Job Description
As a Regional Sales Representative at Junora, your primary focus is to bring in new items for sale on our auction platform.
Your first priority is your own customer outreach – to prospect, contact, visit, and follow up with customers to increase the use of the auction platform. It is your own activity that creates results, but pre-booked meetings are available as support.
You are responsible for the entire process from the first contact to publication and follow-up, as well as guiding customers through the platform and the auction process. The role requires drive, initiative, and the ability to turn expectations into concrete business.
You work independently but are part of a team where collaboration and experience sharing strengthen both you and your colleagues.
Responsibilities
Prospect, engage, and visit new and existing customers across various industries.
Conduct customer meetings and drive the entire sales process – from first contact to closure.
Identify and publish customers' items on the platform.
Build long-term relationships and ensure repeat business.
Actively work with proactive sales, networking, and cold calling.
Follow up on sales, identify new business opportunities, and gather references.
Report customer activities and results in the CRM system.

Qualifications
At least 3 years of sales experience.
Documented experience in proactive sales.
Accustomed to working towards individual budgets and KPIs.
Good system skills, preferably CRM experience.
Valid driver's license (B).
Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Meritorious
Experience with machinery, vehicles, or contracting.
Previous work with customers in agriculture, industry, construction, or similar sectors.
