Your Responsibilities

As an inside sales representative at EL-Info, you will drive the entire sales process – from the first outbound call to a completed deal where the customer feels truly satisfied and seen. You are never alone; there is always someone to bounce ideas off of, and you will receive all the support you need within the company. Additionally, you will work with two of the industry's most appreciated system solutions, EL-VIS and SmartCraft Spark, which make a real difference for our customers.

In this role, you will prospect and contact both new and existing customers and schedule digital meetings where you will have the chance to understand their needs in depth. You will analyze, guide, and present solutions that create clear value – and ensure that the deal is finalized smoothly and professionally by registering orders and following up on what has been done. You will do all this with a strong customer focus and close collaboration with our fantastic support team, which helps you provide customer service that truly stands out.
