Junora is one of the fastest-growing online auction platforms in the market. Junora helps companies and individuals sell vehicles, machinery, and tools through auctions in a simple and efficient way. We are currently a rapidly growing team - now we are looking for a regional sales leader who wants to help drive our continued growth in the region. Job Description

As a Regional Sales Leader, you will drive sales and lead your team of regional salespeople towards high results. You will coach, motivate, and develop the salespeople and ensure that the team works according to the company's guidelines.

The role is operational and mobile – you will be out in the field most of the week, primarily in the region from Jönköping and southward. This involves travel and sometimes overnight stays, which suits you if you enjoy being close to both employees and customers.

You lead through active leadership such as joint visits, sales meetings, training, and ongoing follow-up. Through clear planning and coaching, you ensure that the team meets its goals.

You also contribute to developing sales strategies and working methods, and are driven by combining leadership and development to create a motivated and successful sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the region's sales team to meet and exceed their goals.
  • Be active and present for the team, both digitally and out in the field.
  • Conduct joint visits, sales meetings, and training that strengthen the salespeople's performance.
  • Follow up results, coach, and drive development based on sales data and market insights.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new salespeople in the region.
  • Create a culture characterized by engagement, responsibility, and shared results.

Qualifications

  • Experience leading and developing sales teams to strong results, preferably in B2B.
  • Background in field sales and a good understanding of customer interactions on-site.
  • Familiar with analyzing sales data, setting goals, and following up on KPIs.
  • Ability to coach and motivate salespeople on an individual level.
  • Experience building a positive and results-oriented sales culture.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.
  • Flexible and mobile, enjoys traveling and being present in the region.
  • Valid driver's license required.
