About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client company. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment. The assignment period will be a mutual trial period where you as a consultant have the same security as an employee. Job responsibilities
In this role, you will hold meetings to help new and existing customers connect to a new switch solution. You will be scheduled to hold meetings by meeting bookers, allowing you to focus on providing a good customer experience. You are expected to take the time to prepare thoroughly for each customer meeting. During the meetings, you will help the customer get started with the program, go through how the new service works, and answer any questions or concerns. Meetings are held via Microsoft Teams, and you are expected to have 5–6 meetings per day. When you start the position, you will receive a thorough introduction to the working methods and the product.

Education, experience, and personal qualities
- Approved upper secondary education
- Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written
- Work experience in service
- Meritorious with technical education/experience/interest

Start: September 1, 2025 Location: preferred placement is Norrköping, but placement in Solna is also possible Salary: According to agreement
