We are looking for someone who wants to be part of a socially important operation and contribute to stability and development within the defense industry. We are now seeking accounting assistants for future assignments with our client in Linköping.

Responsibilities

In the role of accounting assistant, you will support the finance department in daily operations and contribute to effective and accurate financial management. Common tasks include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and coding
• Handling supplier and customer invoices
• Account reconciliations and ledgers
• Payment processing and invoicing
• Administration of travel expenses and reimbursements
• Preparation for year-end closing and reporting
• Other administrative tasks related to the financial flow

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Post-secondary education in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience working as an accounting assistant/bookkeeping assistant.
• Good knowledge of Excel and experience with business systems. Unit4/Agresso is a plus.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
