We are now looking for an educational leader for our programs within Higher Vocational Education (YH) and National Vocational Education (NY). Here you will have the chance to develop both people and industries – and create added value for both students and our partners.

Initially, we are looking for a part-time educational leader who can work flexibly and combine the role with other work or studies. There are good opportunities to work partially remotely. If you have the right background, drive, and qualities – but lack experience as an educational leader YH/NY – you will receive a solid introduction to the profession with us.

As an educational leader YH/NY, you will be responsible for applying, planning, leading, and developing our programs within YH and NY. The role is broad, combining educational leadership with relationship building and quality assurance, as well as participating in the application process for new programs. Your main focus is to ensure that the programs maintain high quality and that our students achieve their goals, while you build and maintain relationships with collaborating businesses.

You will also actively and proactively work on establishing contacts, conducting interviews, and compiling information in connection with the application process for new starts of NY/YH programs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, implementation, and quality assurance of YH/NY programs.
• Staff the programs with external lecturers and supervisors.
• Quality assure LIA placements (Learning in Work).
• Build and develop relationships with companies and partners, identify new opportunities, and create collaborations for upcoming applications.
• Participate in fairs and presentations to attract students and new corporate clients to the programs.
• Responsible for administration, follow-up of results, and reporting to authorities and management.
• Participate in industry and network meetings to ensure the relevance of the programs and their connection to the labor market.
• Quality assure YH/NY processes, follow up on students' development, and drive improvement work.

Requirements & qualifications

• Post-secondary education, preferably in pedagogy, study and career guidance, technology, automotive, sales, or a similar field.
• Experience in project management or similar coordinating roles – preferably from education.
• Experience in sales, business development, or relationship-building sales within B2B or the education sector.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good digital competence, preferably with AI knowledge.

• Experience in higher vocational education/YH.
