We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Business Developer to drive and further develop our Nordic operations with a focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency, and sustainable results. In this strategic role, you will be a key person in our organization, working at a high level to implement best practices, lead complex projects, and develop long-term business strategies.

As a Senior Business Developer, you will play a central role in building bridges between different business areas and countries, while ensuring that our customers receive a first-class experience. You are also expected to contribute to strengthening our competitiveness by creating new opportunities, analyzing data, and identifying trends.

Your main responsibilities:

Strategic development and analysis:

• Lead and develop sales and service operations at the Nordic level with a focus on improving customer experience and business results.
• Analyze large amounts of data and translate insights into concrete recommendations to drive the business forward.
• Create and facilitate platforms for sharing best practices between regions and functions.

Project management and business development:

• Take overall responsibility for leading and implementing Nordic projects across multiple business areas and geographical markets.
• Drive improvements in business processes and ensure that operations are both efficient and sustainable.
• Stay updated on the latest research findings and industry trends to continuously develop strategies and methods.

Leadership and collaboration:

• Act as a bridge between business units, functions, and countries to ensure effective knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices.
• Inspire, motivate, and coach local teams within Customer Success and Operational Excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, and negotiate favorable solutions.

Financial impact:

• Work closely with senior business managers and operational managers to identify and implement cost-effective solutions for sales and service.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you have a strong background in business development and operations management, combined with a natural ability to think strategically and drive results. You are confident in your leadership role, skilled at navigating complex organizations, and have a strong desire to deliver value for both customers and the business.

Qualifications and experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in business development, project management, or operations management, preferably in an international or Nordic context.
• A degree in economics, engineering, business development, or equivalent.
• Solid experience in B2B operations, with documented successes in customer management and operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to build trust at all levels.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as a solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language is required.
