Sprio is looking for someone who wants to develop within customer service and is driven to deliver excellent service. You will work for an award-winning international company where you will assist incoming customers with questions about apps, smartphones, computers, and tablets. The position is based in Solna and the employment begins with a fully paid training where you will learn everything you need to know to feel completely confident when you start answering customer inquiries. Your main task is to identify the customer's problem and guide them to a solution in an educational manner. We appreciate if you have a technical interest and are fluent in English, both spoken and written, as all systems are in English.

• Is fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• Has a complete high school diploma

• Experience with iOS and/or MacOS or comparable technology is a plus

Working hours:

The position is 80-100% and you will work varying hours within customer service hours:
